Usage
Add this template to the top of a page for which all or a majority of the content is being reviewed by the SCRAP committee, either to reconsider the practice, or because the page is still an unapproved draft.
In addition to inserting the warning box, it also automatically adds the page to the Pages under review category.
Use the Reviewbox template instead for highlighting a specific section within a page that is under review.
