- Speeches (EXCEPTION: Representative American Speeches)
- Essays (EXCEPTION: Best American Essays)
- Excerpts
- Complete works
- Myths
- Fake-books
- Encyclopedic reference works
- Miscellaneous writings— quotations, letters, anecdotes
- Chapter headings
