If your library withdraws the last local copy of a serial with a MARC Holdings record:

  1. Remove your library's serial control record, if one is present.
  2. Delete your library's 599 field from the catalog record.
  3. Remove your library's MARC Holdings record.
  4. Remove your library's LHR record from OCLC via the Connexion Browser.
